We will endeavour to deliver to these post codes in our own van either same day or next day unless otherwise requested. If for whatever reason this is not possible, we will contact you via email and advise delivery date.

UK MAINLAND: Spend over £140 and get free delivery. Orders of £140 or less delivery is £12
Normal delivery lead time 1 to 2 working days

HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND
Flat fee £25.00 no minimum
Normal delivery lead time 5 to 7 days.

NORTHERN IRELAND AND UK ISLANDS
Flat fee £45.00 no minimum
Normal delivery lead time 5 to 7 days.

Returns
If you don’t like the wine for any reason we will gladly arrange for a courier to collect any remaining unopened bottles and refund you in full for the returned bottles. We will not charge you for the collection. Please make sure that the wines are carefully packed in a secure, cardboard wine box to avoid damage on their way back us. Contact  on 07984 279 924 or info@infinity.wine to arrange.

If any of the wines you buy from us are faulty in some way (corked, oxidised etc) please contact Dave on 07914 152 312 or dave@infinity.wine and we will refund or replace the faulty bottles free of charge.

Damages
We have yet to experience any breakages during delivery due to our high quality packing and specialist courier partner. Wine breakages are easy to spot as we only use 100% cardboard and paper packaging so any damage that might occur during transit will be noticeable immediately upon receipt with signs of damp cardboard or dried wine stains. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a parcel with a broken bottle inside, please take a photo of the unopened carton and the broken bottle(s), then notify us and our carrier immediately upon receipt in order for you to receive a refund or free replacement of the breakages.
