Ciampani Cabernet Sauvignon
Not your run of the mill Cab-Sav but completely unique, which is exactly why we love it. It’s aged in concrete tanks that really highlight the fruit and the impact of the clay soils near lake Garda where the vineyard is located. The wine is much lighter than you would expect from typical cabernets and has aromas of ripe red cherry and mint which lead to elegant red fruit flavours with a touch of spice. This wine is a perfect match for roast chicken, pork or cured meat and salamis.
