The very talented Carlo Attanasio has created another stunning and unique wine made from a combination of 50% Primitivo, 40% Sangiovese and 10% Syrah. The aromas are delicately floral and aromatic; on the palate you get a burst of complex flavours from sherbet to plum and red cherry. The ingenious use of French and American oak gives the wine another level of complexity of vanilla and cloves to add to a long lasting finish. Drink this with steak and roast meats or with cheese after dinner as an alternative to port.
