This limoncello is produced according to a jealously guarded secret method from Giuseppe’s family dating back to the 1800s. This is a completely natural liqueur made with freshly picked Sorrento lemons that surround the distillery, infused into pure grain alcohol, water and sugar to an abv of 33%. For every litre of Limoncello produced, they use the skins from 1.5 kg of lemons, which is a truly exceptional percentage.
