Made from 90% Sangiovese, topped off with Colorino and aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels. This is everything you want from a Chianti Riserva; dark intense, cherry fruit with added complexity that the barrel aging provides. It’s beautifully balanced with delicate and refined tannins that is perfect for drinking now or to develop further for another 10 years or more. Drink with a Sunday roast, vegetable lasagne or tomato-based vegan dishes.
