This is a classic wine from Le Marche; a blend of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Sangiovese that’s aged in oak for 6 months offers intense blackberry aromas. The tannins are dry and spicy which provide great aging potential but once opened or decanted for an hour or two, they soften to bring out the Black cherry and vanilla flavours.
