Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG Classico (50cl)
There’s something really special about a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella after a fine dinner with some Cantucci biscuits to dunk. This dark ruby, slightly sweet red wine is made in the same way as the Amarone except that the fermentation is stopped early to maintain the sweetness. Open it up for at least an hour before serving to release its wonderful spicy rich bouquet with scents of ripened fruits with an intense and complex flavour.
