Ruinello Luponero Bonarda

(1 customer review)

£13.00

If you haven’t tried the Bonarda grape yet you really should. It’s hugely diverse (try our Bonarda Frizzante against a bottle of this and you’ll see!) and produces fabulous, albeit lesser-known wines. This medium-bodied Italian red wine fills your nose with floral aromas and ripe Blackcurrent fruits. A touch of spice and ripe blackcurrent fruits lead on the palate, and while it’s intense and deep, the acidity and smooth tannins make for a well-balanced and exceptionally gluggable wine.

This wine was silky with a sophisticated but smooth after taste. Consumed on a beautiful sunny day and it made it extra nice!
