BACCARETO Romagna Sangiovese Organic 2023

We instantly fell in love with this soft and juicy, crowd-pleasing red made from 100% Romagna Sangiovese aged in temperature-controlled steel tanks before bottling. The proximity to the Adriatic coast combined with the clay and limestone soil of the Savio valley product create a Sangiovese that is less acidic, more rounded and softer than you often get from Tuscany. It has a ruby red colour with aromas of fresh red fruit, blackberry and cherry. In the mouth it is clean, and well-balanced with a long finish of soft, sweeter tannins.

A great all-rounder with all types of meat, poultry, pasta and pizza.
