This amazing multi-vintage (a blend of 2014, 2015 and 2016) red natural wine is mostly Sangiovese with a small hint of Syrah. It has been created using wild fermentation with no temperature control in open wooden vats and aged in old barrels with no fining, filtration or added sulphates. A full-bodied red, that has aromas of cherries and spice. On the palate, you get a burst of red cherries, with a pepper finish.

Pair with a rich Tuscan stew or a deep-filled lasagne.
