Custoza Spumante DOC

If you normally drink Gavi di Gavi then you’re going to love Custoza. It’s made with the same Cortese grape but blended with Garganega, Trebbiano and trebbianello to create soft fruity but dry white wine that is clean and easy to drink. It’s beautifully balanced, with soft pear fruits on the palate and is extremely versatile.

Pair with anything from light fish starters, pasta and white meat or just on its own as an aperitif on a warm summers evening.
