Another stunning wine from the Adami family. This is the first vintage of a new label made from 100% Corvina Veronese which is more commonly used in Amarone del Valpolicella. DeMi is named after Deborah and Mirko Adami who have created this wine together. It’s aged for one year in concrete tanks that highlight the fruit and the impact of the clay soils near Lake Garda where the vineyard is located. The late harvesting of the grapes gives it a smooth richness and has aromas of ripe Morello cherries which lead to elegant red fruit flavours that are soft and delicate on the palate.
This wine is so quaffable on it's own and a perfect match for roast chicken, pork or cured meat and salamis.
