I just read your review with horror. I’m so sorry about the mistake, I had a new person assisting me during our busiest time of the year and they accidently picked the sample bottle we used for tastings. I will send another bottle out to you immediately, free of charge of course. Please keep the opened bottle sent in error.

It’s so sad and a shame that you didn’t contact me directly in the first place rather than deciding to right a negative review. As you probably know we are a small family run business that are trying our best to provide the best quality wines and spirits and being human we sometimes we make mistakes.
