This is an elegant, full-bodied dry white wine from our new award-winning producer, Le Carezze.  Made from PIWI Palava grapes that are dried (appassimento) for 3 to 4 weeks before gently pressing then aged for 1 year in temperature-controlled steel tanks before transferring to French oak barriques for 2 months.

The wine is returned to steel tanks for further refinement before bottling.
