Paucis Ribona Colli Maceratesi D.O.C.

Paucis is a Latin word meaning “a select few” that gets its name from the hand-picked grapes chosen to make this beautiful wine. If you love a full-bodied, soft white then this one is for you. Made from 100% Ribona grapes that are also known as Maceratino, it has delicate but pronounced tropical fruit aromas which continue to the palate.

The natural acidity of the early harvested Ribona grapes is softened by combining them with those left on the vines for a further 2 weeks which are then fermented in oak barrels, aged on the lees and in the bottle that leaves you with a wonderfully soft and buttery finish.
