Pausula Ribona Colli Maceratesi D.O.C.

A light wine perfect for summer lunches in the garden. It’s made from 100% Ribona grapes that are also known locally as Maceratino which has a light, lemon citrus flavour. The delicate, natural acidity just tingles on your tongue with the first taste but gently melts away through its surprisingly long finish.

We love drinking this all year round with a dozen oysters or simply on its own on a summers evening while we watch the sun go down.
