Una Notte, Nero di Troia Rosato

The grapes have been macerated on the skins for just 8 hours before soft pressing to deliver a vibrant pink but dry rosé, whose colour is as bold as its flavour; beautifully dry with soft, gentle acidity and notes of red berries and pomegranate. It’s a stunner. Pair with panned fried tuna steaks, or swordfish.
